II. Deliverables

III. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type and complexity of the project:

Moderately Complex Projects: Typically 3–7 business days
Large-Scale Projects: Typically 7–15 business days or longer
The final delivery timeline shall be determined by the agreement reached at the time of project confirmation.
IV. Delivery Process
To ensure the smooth execution of the project, we typically follow this process:
The client submits requirements and confirms the order
The project officially commences upon completion of payment
We provide initial drafts for the client’s review
We revise and refine the work based on client feedback
We finalize the final version and proceed with digital delivery
Clients are requested to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
V. Delays and Special Circumstances
Delivery timelines may be subject to delays under the following circumstances:
The client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner
Major changes occur regarding the project requirements
Force majeure events occur (e.g., system failures, network issues, etc.)
In the event of a delay, we will communicate with you promptly and adjust the delivery schedule accordingly.
VI. File Receipt and Confirmation
Once files have been sent, please download them promptly and verify the integrity of their contents.
Should you encounter any issues during the receipt process (e.g., inability to download, file corruption, etc.), please contact us within three (3) business days.
Failure to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe will be deemed as confirmation that the delivery is complete and the content is accurate.
VII. Resending and Storage
We are able to provide file re-sending services for you within a reasonable timeframe.
We recommend that you back up the files immediately upon receipt to prevent data loss.
Once the designated storage period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee the long-term retention of project files.
